The Challenge

Our partners Work Group were engaged to hire hundreds of fitters across Halford's UK retail network. The requirement demanded:

A technical solution which could cope with a vast number of candidate applications

The tools to screen those applications with optimum efficiency

The solution

We deployed a branded, bespoke Recruitment Management System, hosted by Amazon Web Services to ensure rock-solid reliability, on time and on budget. Over the two months of the campaign, the system received around 20,000 applications.
