What is a Situational Judgement Questionnaire?

A situational judgement test is where an applicant in a recruitment process is asked what action they would take in a hypothetical situation which is likely to occur in the role they are applying for. 

These tests are used to determine whether the candidate has the correct skills for the role and would be able to successfully handle scenarios which are likely to arise in the role in question.
