A recruitment management system is the software used by recruiters to manage the end to end process of hiring new talent to their company. From the moment that a vacancy arises, recruitment management systems are used to enter all data into, from creating a job specification and getting approval, to storing candidate applications and helping to select the best candidate for the job.
Recruitment management systems allow far reaching analytics to be carried out on all data stored on new and existing candidates (collected in a talent pool when three were no vacancies), to accurately absorb vast amounts of information.
