How much do you charge for the Advorto recruitment system?
All our prices are clearly defined on our pricing page, where you can see the features included in each package we offer. 

How is your system charged?
The system is charged on a 'per user' basis. 

When does the monthly service charge start?
Your monthly service charge will start as soon as your system goes live or when you start UAT.  This is normally within 4 weeks of you signing up with us.

What are users?
A user is granted full access to the system and can use it any number of times.

What are Hiring Managers?
A hiring manager is granted full access to our Hiring Manager Portal where they can create and approve requisitions, post vacancies, screen candidates and arrange interviews.

Can I change plans at anytime?
Of course - upgrade anytime from within your Advorto system.

How will you bill me?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online. Our Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited plans have the option of invoicing. Contact us for details.

What kind of commitment is there to the system?
You can choose to contract with us either monthly or annually.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, direct bank transfer, direct debit and cheque.
