How long does a typical implementation take?
The implementation timeline depends on the client's requirements - a standard implementation takes 6-8 weeks, but some rapid implementations have been completed within as little as one week.
Where do I access Advorto?
Advorto is a cloud-based solution which is accessed online wherever there is an internet connection.
Can Advorto integrate with other HR-related products?
Yes. Advorto products can integrate with all major test providers, HRMS providers and credit-checking organisations.
How does Advorto eliminate the slow and manual process of approving?
With the Advorto System, the relevant authorities are notified by email when they need to approve a requisition. Authorisation can be completed via mobile phone using the Advorto Hiring Manager Portal.
What is the Advorto Hiring Manager Portal?
The Advorto Hiring Manager Portal is designed to give the Hiring Managers access to only what they need - they can create and track requisitions, view vacancies and view/process candidates for certain stages. It's highly customisable look and feel along with company branding makes it part seem part of your intranet. It's easy to use and requires little to no training.
Do Advorto Vacancy Requisitions cover recruitment to both existing and new positions?
Yes – you can have multiple requisition forms with whatever fields are required for different recruitment needs.
During the requisition process, will I be able to see where the job requisition is and who still needs to approve it?
Yes - the status screen shows each stage for your job requisitions. The recruiter is able to see who has approved them and who they are currently with.
How can I build our talent pool using Advorto solutions?
Candidates can be added to a talent pool at any time by a recruiter. Candidates are classified according to their own or to the recruiters’ preferences so they can be notified of relevant vacancies when they are available.
How does Advorto integrate with Job Boards?
Recruiters can create vacancies in Advorto then publish them on the chosen job boards through Broadbean, Advorto’s aggregator partner.
How can we stop inappropriate candidates applying for the job in the first place?
Use 'killer questions' to stop inappropriate candidates completing full applications in the first place. The Advorto RMS allows you to fully customise your selection criteria, providing company-wide and vacancy-specific killer questions and selection questions if required.
How can candidates know the status of their application?
The status of candidate applications can be displayed on the candidate dashboard, allowing candidates to see their current status on logging in.
How can we avoid receiving duplicate candidates?
Advorto’s system can spot duplicate candidates across different vacancies, campaigns and business areas – this mitigates agency disputes.
How does the system manage background checking?
Candidates can be required to supply references either during their initial application or by using a ‘top-up’ form after a hiring decision has been made.
Can I prepare contracts of employment within the system?
Recruiters can create contracts from mail merge templates stored within the system.
Can Advorto integrate with our existing HR System?
Yes, Advorto integrates with all major HRMS providers.
Can you transfer candidate test scores from the recruitment process?
Yes - all relevant data including test scores, assessment centre results etc, can be transferred to your HRIS or Talent Management system.
