Mike McClelland Chief Executive Officer
Mike founded Advorto in 1998. Under his direction, Advorto has grown to be a leading software developer in the field of talent recruitment solutions. In his previous roles with Accenture, Logica and Microsoft, Mike led large-scale consulting and system development projects with many blue-chip clients.
Anil Chagani Joint CEO, Advorto Middle East
Anil has over 15 years’ experience in strategy and corporate development, recruitment processes, M&A and private equity in the telecoms and technology fields. As a Director at Deutsche Bank Ventures and Level 3 Communications, he has led strategic and operational projects, acquisitions and investments, and acted as an adviser to the boards of portfolio companies.
Robin Day Technical Director
Robin graduated in Computer Science at the University of Kent. His passions include technical architecture and programming (he created his first program at the age of eight!). From our company's start Robin's technical vision has helped propel Advorto to the forefront of talent recruitment solutions in Europe.
Roy Fung CEO Advorto Asia
Roy has over 25 years of HR experience in the Asia Pacific region. His previous roles include President of StepStone China, HR Development Director of American Express International and Senior Quality Assurance Manager of Hang Seng Bank. A strategic thinker in the recruitment business, Roy is the Chairman of the IHRM IT Committee and a member of the City University of Hong Kong’s Advisory Committee for Graduate Employment.
Sameer Hirji Joint CEO, Advorto Middle East
Sameer has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment, software and financial services industries. He has an in-depth understanding of recruitment processes across multiple industries in the Middle East. As Head of European Software Research for Bank of America, he has advised the boards of many of the world’s largest software vendors. He is a qualified ACA from Ernst & Young.
William Ho Head of Business Development, Advorto Asia
William brings over 25 years of business development experience in Asia including senior sales and marketing roles with HKNet, Hong Kong Telecom, IBM China, Tiny Computer and VeriSign. An accomplished manager and coach in IT services, William has an Executive MBA from South Illinois University, U.S. and a Bachelor of Science in computing from University of Alberta, Canada.
Madhan Business Manager, Advorto India
Madhan is a dynamic corporate sales professional with a decade’s experience in the recruitment industry. He held positions in India's leading jobs portal for 5 years. Madhan is a business graduate with Masters in Business Administration.
Simon McGinley Head of Consulting
Simon joined Advorto in 2009 and heads up its consulting and support services. He previously worked for legal publishers Legalease. Simon is known for delivering excellent service and brings deep experience in troubleshooting software and client issues. An English graduate, he taught English in France and Japan before joining the IT industry.
David Pryce Principal Consultant
David joined Advorto in 2007 and is now our lead consultant. He was previously responsible for web systems development, marketing and strategy at leading law firm Denton Wilde Sapte. David graduated in Engineering from Nottingham University and is fluent in French and Japanese.
Joshua Madan Samuel Chief Operating Officer, Advorto India
Joshua is a recognised and integral part of the Indian recruitment industry with a wide corporate network and resourcing experience in various vertical sectors. Joshua’s skills lie in the scaling up of organisational systems. He is a visiting faculty in leading management schools and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and is a Management Post Graduate.
Gary Washer Director, Advorto Worldwide
Gary has 25 years' experience in international M&A. He was Founder and CEO of European investment group CAM Galaxy which, backed by CitiCorp, Nomura, Security Pacific and other institutions, bought and sold over 30 companies. He advised Acxiom Corporation, ECsoft Group, General Dynamics and other multinationals on cross-border acquisitions, divestments and channel networks.
