Our pivot report module allows you to create your own pivot reports within the system. Pivot reports add another dimension to the standard reports to allow you to drill down deeper into your information, but still generate a simple visual representation of the data. For example, a standard report will look at numbers of candidates from your top 10 media source by volume, whereas a pivot can show you the same information taking into account how far candidates got through your process, giving you a concrete measure of quality.
